I can answer questions about how to transform your Life, Health and Body into Optimal Energy:) But truly I am a philosopher at heart and in my head so you will usually find me creating new ideas, singing, writing(journaling or my Multi Media Art Show), playing, manifesting, weighing with the sun, finding the deeper meaning in life, dancing, playing my guitar or working on keeping peace...IN... mind:);)
