Über mich:

I'm an extroverted introvert. Meaning I love to hang out and have a good time with my family and friends, but then value quality time by myself, reading, writing, excercising, and watching General Hsopital. Yes, I'm a soap opera junkie, but the drama in my life is limited to that. :-) For me, the happiest place on earth is being at the beach. I've been to over 50 islands and countries. Cruising is my favorite way to travel! A place I would love to visit someday is Alaska, in the summer of course! When I was five years old I said, "I want to be a teacher when I grow up." I've been teaching 2nd grade for 5 years and sometimes still can't believe that I got blessed with the best job in the whole world. I think I've grown up, because the bar scene bores me, however; I still have a need to hit up Beta once in awhile for some good music and dancing. I beleive a successful relationship is grounded in communication, trust, chemistry, and an appreciation for the other person. I appreciate a man who has a good relationship with his family, is career driven, and sees the cup as half full. The perfect date for me would a wine bar (LOVE wine), hiking, the zoo, a game (but not football), or BBQing. I m also interested in local, seasonal foods and understands a simple life doesn't mean skimping or cheaping out on important things... But is financially responsible as i find that challenging.
