I?m a romantic realist. I genuinely believe life is good and that connecting with other human beings is what makes life on this planet meaningful. I am confident and have a good sense of humor, but I am also sensitive and truly enjoy helping other people. (I know? surprising for a corporate attorney.) I have a big heart for animals - I volunteer at the Humane Society almost every week, which is where I adopted my dog Lucky. I?m very close with my family, who all live in Chicago (where I grew up), and I go back to visit often, especially to see my two nieces, who are 8 and 10. I enjoy being spontaneous and am a big fan of both local getaways and faraway adventures. I believe honesty and integrity are essential to any relationship. I?ve made my share of mistakes in life, but I try to learn from my past relationships, both good and bad. I?m happy with what I?ve accomplished professionally, but I?m always looking to learn more from life.
