A propos de moi:

I think of myself as a modern day bombshell: the kind of girl who goes zip-lining through the rainforest in 4" gold heels and reads the Internal Revenue Code in pink-rimmed glasses. But I'm a Louisiana girl at heart and can throw a baseball, watch football and peel crawfish with the rest of them. I love to travel to new places and am always planning my next vacation. I recently returned from Asia where I spent the new year with friends on the beaches of Bali. I even had a go at surfing! One of my favorite ways to see a new city is to go for a long run, which more often than not involves me getting lost and trying to read signs in languages I don't understand. Last year I got lost in Chicago, Berlin, Leipzig (twice) and Singapore, and I loved every minute of it. Except that I never found the orchid gardens in Singapore ... I guess that gives me one more reason to go back! When I'm not working, running or studying, I'm with friends searching for the next best restaurant and sharing a bottle of wine.
