A propos de moi:

I love hiking and being outdoors, especially on a beach. I am vegan and recently started taking yoga. I like documentaries and thought-provoking movies and books. My favorite bands are At the Drive-In and Radiohead. I also play classical piano. I've done a lot of hiking; Mt. Diablo is my favorite so far. The best vacation I ever took was to South Africa. I would love to go to New Zealand. I love to cook but also like to try new restaurants just as much. Since almost everything is new to me here I have a feeling I?ll be trying out a lot of places. In DC I had my go to spots for my favorites and am in search of them here. Any recommendations? While wine is usually my drink of choice, especially when cooking, I do like an occasional beer. I enjoy traveling and have been fortunate enough that my career has allowed me to see a great deal of the US but still need a stamp in my passport. I?ll share my couple dream spots for when talk or hang out.
