About me

About me:
I like to think of my self as a great guy that you can take home to your parents. I am self reliant, supportive, faithful, and a good listener. Great at solving problems and with advise. Love, romance, mountain views, beach walks, sunsets, and life in general. I have a stable career that is rewarding and I love it. I'm looking to find a partner to enjoy and grow old with. Someone to share my passion and creativity with. Looking for someone ready for a journey. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people and learning the different things about different people in different situations. I don't want to tell you how wonderful I am, that, I want you to find out for yourself. I would like to learn about you and how wonderful you are. I have no problem with the distance since my job takes me everywhere, moreover, I am willing to relocate for the right person. And my hobbies are Fishing: although it's been a few years, I'm very proud of the fact that I taught three boys how to bait a hook - but I do draw the line at leeches (I prefer night-crawlers and minnows). I also have no problem taking fish off the hook. My first big catch (when I was about 10) I've enjoyed fishing ever since! Golfing: I took up golf about 8 years ago when I bought a time-share on the golf course at Breezy Point, Rome, and figured I better take full advantage of the amenities! I'm not very good - in fact I'm a laughingly pathetic golfer - but the first person to teach me about the game also taught me to enjoy getting out on the course and just having fun! Although I respect the game, and will always strive to improve, I don't take myself too seriously when I golf. Dancing: Haven't danced in a few years, even though I used to go dancing ALL the time. I have a tendency, (when I'm comfortable with my dance partner), to lose myself in the music - but rest assured I do so without making a complete fool of myself. Dancing is my absolute, all-time favorite form of exercise. I'm hoping it's like riding a bike (I.e., you never forget how). Reading: One of my favorite places to shop is Borders, although I love to browse the hole-in-the-wall used book stores too. I have a well-stocked library at home - many of the books I own are still on my "to be read" list, but I'm working on it! I'm usually in the process of reading at least one or two (currently reading The Pact by Jodi Picoult, and Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus - I'm one of the few people who didn't read that one when it first came out!)Remember i said improve my english by reading, that's why i have to read alot(Is that Crazy???) Movies: My favorite genre is romantic comedy (typical female, right?) but I also love drama, and some action-adventure movies, as long as they're not too gory. I'm not entertained by blood and gore, or watching people die a violent death - even if it IS only a movie. That's the pacifist in me, I guess. Music: Some of the artists on my mp3 player: Coldplay, Jim Brickman, Alanis Morrisette, Elton John, Herbie Hancock, Andrea Bocelli, Sheryl Crow, Josh Groban, Gloria Estefan, Sarah Brightman, Matchbox 20, Keane, Vince Gill, The Corrs, U2, Barenaked Ladies, Anna Nalik, Enya, Counting Crows, Keiko Matsui, Dixie Chicks, Eagles, Jason Mraz, Fleetwood Mac,John Legend, etc. Music inspires me. Good music moves me
