About me:

Don't let the bowtie fool you! I"m not some stuck up academic! I'm a laid back person despite the fact that I look stuffy at times. ha ha. I am a professor, but probably not like any that you might remember from school. I'm a person that has grown constantly throughout life. I accept people for who they are and not what they do, or what degree they have or don't have. I really enjoying meeting people and hearing their opinions on lots of things. I'm new to the Minneapolis and I have to say that I love it! Even the winter (so far). Hmmm, what else? Well I like to get out from time to time. I'm a classic dinner and a movie guy. I enjoy some cultural things (i.e., art exhibits ballet). I also really enjoy that classic "me time" on the couch on Saturdays watching college football and European Soccer. I can't say that I get into reading books as I have to do a lot of reading for a living. Believe it or not, my favorite television shows are SouthPark, Family Guy, American Dad (see a theme here?), CSI, Law and Order (who doesn't). I've lived a bunch of places and looking to travel abroad again in the near future! Where you might ask? Greece, Malta, London, who knows. I'd really love to find a place that I can go and visit every year and almost becomes a second home. I'm also looking forward to learning and experiencing more about Minnesota. I would consider myself to be a romantic guy and a gentleman. If me opening doors for you, holding your chair for you or giving you flowers is too much for you, then I'm probably not the guy for you. I'm very transparent with my feelings and emotions as I don't have time to play games and play "Hard" so to speak. Finally I am here to meet someone special and develop a relationship with.
