About me:

A little about me. I am young but mature and have my act together not looking to run away from anything or the like. Looking for something different something long lasting.. I believe in romance and a real commitment and love that two people can have that together even if its two men. Originally from Ohio, Former Ohio State Univ. Jock, Degree in Architecture & Design, also in real estate, flipping, remodeling, management etc. Love to entertain friends at home. Cooking etc. Can be a home body. Love cars working on them etc. mostly classic cars. Have a small collection. I am preppy looking and business like but am not afraid to get my hands dirty remodeling or working on a car. I like working out, biking, hiking, running, swimming, tennis, boating, skiing water and snow, travel and just hanging out at home with someone special. Electronics home automation etc are hobbies. Not only can I design a house or building but I can do the actual work, electrical, plumbing, tiling, as well as do the plans for a complete building from the foundation up. I am also a very good cook, can decorate etc. I would like to meet someone who appreciates someone who also appreciates them for who they are. Most everyone I meet likes me because, I believe because they can tell I am a genuine person. I own an investment property and would like to own more,, maybe an apt building or some other business endeavor. I am open to possibilities.
