About me:

I am a very passionate individual. I try to approach every aspect of my life as if I were infused with passion. I believe in finding happiness in each and every day, and trying to make those around me happy as well. That happiness can come from spending several hours running through the city or the beach, scuba diving, socializing with friends, reading a book, traveling around the world...the list goes on. I have an intense, borderline obsessive, passion for running, marathons, triathlons and Ultra distance endurance races. I have also become somewhat of an adventure junkie in sky diving, deep sea scuba diving, etc. I certainly do not lack for ambition when it comes to achieving my goals. I have traveled across much of Europe, Australia and Japan, and plan on expanding my travels across the globe in the years to come. Next stop: Greece in September. I am a very easy-going and care-free individual. My friends always comment on my positive outlook on life and my father is still amazed at my natural talent in picking up whatever it is I apply myself to. I consider myself to be somewhat of a renaissance man and my tastes are eclectic across the board from music and literature to movies and so on. I do not judge or criticize others for their views, beliefs, actions or choices. It's not my place, and I'd much rather spend that time making them smile instead. I love holding intellectual discussions and becoming passionate in a debate can always be an enriching experience. However, I never feel the need to convince someone else of my point of view. My life is an open book. I never turn away a question and I never take offense to someone wanting to know anything about me. Ask, and you shall receive. It's funny how first impressions work. We tend to fit people into stereotypes based on our appearances or a few words written in a box of text. I'm not one for self-promotion, and don't like to flaunt what I think are my positive traits. I'm as laid back and open minded a person can be. In my opinion, life is all about taking chances and enjoying the ride as you leap before you look.
