I think sex is the most organic method of human connection. People need one another for many things. Sex is possibly the strongest need. People need to touch one another. Sex creates a bond that is unique and can?t be created by any other action. I think that bond is necessary for a healthy and successful relationship to develop and, later, to sustain that relationship in times of stress. There is no way around life. What is today may not be tomorrow. When everything falls to shit around us, sometimes that solid, intimate, unconditional sexual bond is what holds us up. Sometimes it?s all you have. While I don?t think it can hold a relationship together if it wasn?t meant to be, there will certainly be no true relationship without a very deep and close sexual connection. Not for me anyway.
