The haves and the have-nots can often be traced back to the did and the did-not. I never practice; I always play. Nothing can come of nothing. Some people get the breaks. Some people make their own. The world stands aside to let anyone pass who knows where he is going. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. The world is full of willing people. Some willing to work.. The rest willing to let them. Passivity is fatal to me. My goal, is to make my enemy passive. What counts is not how long you've live but how much living you put into life. You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do. The big shots are only the little shots who keep shooting. Who am I? The only thing that keeps me going is energy. And what is energy but loving life? Don't ever let life discourage you; everyone who got where he is today had to begin where he was yesterday. There is no failure to me.... except, in no longer trying. One does not discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore. It may be the vessel of change needed in your life is just awaiting your arrival. Who is it that has made you feel that you must wait to find your happiness? Happiness is no doubt good for your body, but it is your grief that has developed the powers of your mind. There are people born into this world with a knowledge and understanding to which only true wisdom herself knows. You could be one such person. It takes others of the same to recognize such. It's great to believe the dream as we stand in youth by a starry stream; but a greater thing is to fight life through, and say at the end " the dream is true".
