This is something my daughter wrote about me called Myname-itis. Myname-itis is the cumpulsive need to have a project. It stems from the fear of not knowing what to do with all your free time if you do not have a major project. It is a disease of the renovo family -- Myname-itis projects are mainly home improvement related. Many of the side effects include organizing at 3 a.m., having more than one project on the go (and doing it yourself), and burning piles of debris. Occasionally, sufferers compulsively feel the need to dig out or fill in holes (holes as large as ponds)or move furniture from here to there and back again. If you or someone you know suffers from Myname-itis, please call the national help line at 1-800-IM-TIRED! There are funny stories to go with this but she describes me very well. I'm independent, creative, fun loving and have a wry sense of humour. I love a challenge. I'm a family oriented, country girl with 2 dogs and 3 grandchildren. I keep myself busy and my ideas often involve things that people tell me can't be done. I don't like that word! My mother cringes when someone tells me "It can't be done." Dad (my partner in crime) is often in the thick of my ideas. He loves a challenge too! But, I'd love to be able to slow down and enjoy time with my very own special someone. Do you like going for drives down roads you don't know, just to see what's there? Do you like backyard campfires, bbq's, house parties? Do you like to travel? Do you enjoy family time? Can you "smell" the seasons? Do you kill spiders, mice or snakes or do you relocate them? Are you afraid of an independent lady? Do you like to try new things? Are you comfortable in either jeans or a tux? If you answer yes to most of these questions, maybe you are the one for me.
