About me:

I am a happily single 51 year old woman living in San Antonio, Texas. I have a 22 year career working for lawyers, some time doing claims adjusting, and am now retired. I have a 19 year old son in college, studying to be a juvenile defense lawyer. I love living alone and haven't had much of a social life since I left my ex-husband 4 years ago. I like to dance, listen to live music, read, watch old B&W movies, and fish. I have traveled outside the US in past years, but now am more interested in seeing more of my own country. I have few friends, but have had them for years - don't believe in having a multitude of acquaintances, just close friends. I come from a family of 7 children. I am the middle child of the second set of kids so I come with the mediator gene. I strongly believe in random acts of kindness and practice that on a daily basis. I am looking to meet someone that is willing to take the time to really get acquainted and possibly delve further into a relationship. Not anxious to get remarried, but never say never. I believe in God and I believe in the innate goodness of my fellow man (or woman)!
