About me:

I read quite a bit. I like to be social when I feel comfortable in the situation (although that is not all the time). I like to drink coffee and I try to make beer when I can. I often get lost in my head for hours on end and then spill it all to the first person I meet.I am a mac addict. My favorite season is the fall because it is the perfect weather for being active outside and not getting overheated. I like chinese and middle-eastern food. I love pizza by the slice and eat way too much of it. I like good espresso. I also like Japanese food like sushi and sake. I don't like warm saki though, you can get cold stuff and it is much less alien. Warm alcohol drinks taste weird.I'm looking to find someone who likes to go out, anywhere, and explore the area. I also like sitting in the woods at the park and reading a book for hours on end on a hot summer day or playing a pick up game of frisbee with a bunch of people I just met or walking into a concert I didn't know was playing.A good coffee shop is hard to find and it is one of the first things I look for whenever I go someplace new. I like the coffee shop vibe because it is quieter, has better music playing, brighter, and generally more comfortable than a bar. I like to have actual conversations with people using my inside voice. I have favorite coffee shops all over this city. And I'm always up for something new.I identify myself as a Skeptic these days. This does not mean Cynic! I'm very positive about the future in general. Skeptics are defenders of science primarily and that is my interest. I like to talk about psychology, politics, history, art, neuroscience, sociology, urban myths, biology, astronomy, AI, consciousness and a million other things like that.
