About me:
I love helping people, almost too much sometimes. I think I got that flaw from my mother. I've been told that I have a very inviting smile and that I smile ALOT! I try to live life to the fullest every single day, but that's not to say I don't ever get down. As a new math teacher and especially as a math teacher in South Central Los Angeles, I definitely have some stressful days, but i'm trying to deal with those days in stride. The good days, the days when my students have those "aha" moments, those days when students seem like they love math, make it all worthwhile. For me, the most precious thing in life is one's time and therefore I devote most of my time to my family, my friends and to my students. I would love to have someone special to give some of that time too, but I am in no rush to be permanently attached. I have a lot of things that I want to do with my life and therefore I am in not hurry to be in a long term relationship, however I wouldn't rule it out if the right person came along. I love movies. Whether i'm watching a dvd I rented on my living room couch, or out at the theatres with friends. Also, I love the opportunity to ride a new rollercoaster, you simply cannot beat the feeling of exhiliration you get when you're on one. I have always wanted to travel and I hope to do so in the next couple of years, but definitely would like someone to go with. Some of the places I would love to go are: England, Germany, South Africa, Mexico, New Zealand, and China, to name a few.
