About me:

I am a contradictory person. People often comment on how calm and grounded I am, which always surprises me because I often feel the opposite, bubbling up with energy or with my head in the clouds. I can be serious and quite the nerd, or totally lame and goofy. Growing up, we moved around almost annually, so being the ?new kid? all the time made a big impression on me?I like to be mysterious and keep my mystery. I also like people who are challenges, people I can crack open to reveal the stuff they never reveal to the rest of the world. I feel like I?ve lived several lifetimes. I?m playful and sensual. I love being pushed out of my comfort zone, to be stretched. But then, there are periods when I just want to hunker down into a cozy routine. In general, I?m reserved, warm, and enthusiastic, especially when I?m teaching yoga, or hanging out with my friends. I?m very passionate about teaching yoga and am grateful to not be stuck behind a desk, 9 to 5. I click best with my opposite, which has often been the alpha guy, the well-rounded leader who everybody likes, from your grandmother to the stoned clerk at Blockbuster. I love going on silly day trips with people I can drive crazy with my bizarre comments. I like doing random things and going to random places. I like going to museums. Stargazing is fun on a clear night. I like most kinds of foods but I'm not a fan of seafood (although I wish I was). My favorite color is blue. I'm not too much of a shopper (I hear most guys like that in a woman :-)). Oh, and I like to watch TV shows that remind me of my childhood!
