About me:

I'm an open minded person, easy to get along with. Music and art are a very big part of my life. I still enjoy going out to hear live music. My musical tastes tend to be on the alternative side of the spectrum (Beck, Jon Brion, Kings of Leon, Wilco "old school" punk, jazz, and blues) but there will always be place in my heart for the Beatles and The Stones. I tend to prefer "art" films over big Hollywood blockbusters, but even I enjoyed 'August Rush'. I read the L. A. Times daily, I'm a KCRW subscriber, and I still read Rolling Stone. I moved back home a few years ago to help out a sick parent. The 'Lifestyle' section of this profile doesn't leave any room to elaborate ones living situation, so I figured I'd input that info here. I like to finding good coffee shops, surfing, camping, reading, hiking, going shopping with you (i'm not kidding about that) talking, songwriting, travel, movies, concerts and generally having a good time wherever. I don't have a laundry list of things that I'm looking for in a woman. I'm not attracted to a specific bodystyle or type. I'm NOT looking for a supermodel (or any kind of model for that matter). We all have our likes and dislikes, and I'm no different. But it really comes down to the chemistry between us. Just be nice, be yourself, and the rest should fall into place on its own. If we click, the physical attraction will be there; if we don't, the most beautiful body can be the most tiresome date.
