Well..let's see.. I'm hard headed, independent, sarcastic, sometimes grumpy & sometimes childish.. also romantic and dreamy, which I try to hide as it oftens backfires. Romance is not "in" nowadays, so I hide underneath a hard and uncompromising mask. Guess it keeps me safe, but gets lonely sometimes. I love to read & watch movies, walking, going to the gym, spending time with my family & friends and just keeping myself busy.. The occassional moments of calm with candle lights and a good movie, maybe a glass of wine, are the more appreciated. I like cooking and baking, and thanks to my housemates I get to practise that, otherwise I could not be asked to do it just for myself. I originate in Slovakia but have lived a year in California which I deeply miss, and now lived for the last four years in the UK, where I have a great job that I love & enjoy. Haven't had much luck in love, and since I moved here, I do not seem to find what I'm looking for - a gentle, genuine and caring man, who would accept my flaws just as he'd love my good points. It appears that the world has lost the sense of true love, everything's too fast and we don't appreciate the small things in life. There was an experiment performed in the NY underground, where a famous violinist played as a normal person... Only kids were stopping by, other people just passed him by without even noticing, he's playing the most difficult tunes that exist. That tells a lot about today's world - if we don't stop to listen to something as beautiful as this, what do we stop for? I believe we ought to stop more and open our senses. Life is too short and too amazing to pass it by unnoticed. Thus I keep looking. Looking for somebody who hasn't given up yet, who believes there's still hope for us. Hope to find you soon x
