About me:

Well, to start off... I'm an independent kinda girl who is definitely not typical. I'm a geek with my movies and comics and video games. I got my BS in Mechanical Engineering and I currently teach Physics (and have a secret desire to study astrophysics or forensic psychology in grad school). OH, and I absolutely love classic films. Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart, Gary Cooper, Katherine Hepburn, Myrna Loy, and Irenne Dunne are some of the best actors that I've ever seen. "The Maltese Falcon," "His Girl Friday," and "Penny Serenade" are some of my favorite films. I love spontaneity and trying out new things and seeing new places. I'm up for almost anything, though I do have some predilections about jumping out of a plane or off a bridge or stuff like that. I also love staying in and watching something on tv or playing a game or stargazing or having adventures in the kitchen (I love to cook). I tend to be opinionated about a lot of things, so I definitely need a guy who can hold his own, put me in my place and call me out on things. Self-confidence (with a sense of humor and sarcasm) is by far the sexiest thing a guy can have. Hot-headed, but easy going. Flexible and open to possibilities. **side note: a huge pet peeve of mine is trying to read emails that lack all sense of grammar and spelling... especially when people write "u" instead of "you." It's like nails on a chalkboard to me.** Sooo, yeah... basically, I'm a very random "organized chaos" kinda girl.
