About me:

Hello, My name is Jess and I am single mum from Gloucester. I work for a high street optician as an optical advisor and I am also a single mum. I am just under 6ft tall with blue eyes and long mid brown hair (with some help from my colourist!!) I don't have time for many hobbies, but I do like to read and can often be found pottering around my kitchen trying out new recipes or updating old favourites. I enjoy going to the cinema, eating out, discovering new places of interest and going to the theatre...but also I do quite like curling up with a good book or DVD and a glass of wine and letting the pressures of the day drift away. I am not that widely travelled...more due to my fear of flying than anything else (!) but I do have a wish list of places that I would like to visit one day including Kenya, India, Mauritius, San Francisco and China. My taste is music is wide ranging from classical to heavy rock, that's what happens when you grow up with a rock guitarist for a Father and a Mother that insisted you have ballet lessons to make you more graceful (Dad won!) So that's me in a nutshell, just an ordinary girl next door type hoping to meet some new friends and maybe someone special.
