About me:
I am sensitive, but strong. Silly, and bit brainy at times. A lover of most things urban as well as those found on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. I am fascinated by travel and the amazing things I learn when I expose myself to ways of life other than my own. I love good food, at home or out. Stellar restaurant or divey taqueria. And I like it the best when I get to share it with those whom I care about the most. I love to laugh and see humor in various things throughout most of my day. Though, I will not usually be the one making the jokes; you will most likely hear me add a silly or slyly subtle side comment or you might just see me in stitches. I value my family, especially my sister, with whom I am very close. I?d say that I am focused, independent, stubborn and feisty, but also chill, introspective, humble and thoughtful. I am a Buyer but am also enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training. I am loving all that this dichotomy has to offer. I enjoy the creative and analytical sides of my job but am also a total sponge with all that yoga is offering me. I feel fortunate to have a ?day job? that challenges me mentally and a pastime that engages my mind, body, and spirit. Good stuff that yoga. Very important: I love the Boss. Good food makes me really happy. Cooking it, eating it, at home, in a good restaurant, I love it all. Gimme brut rose and oysters up north or a hotdog and a cold beer at the ballpark. I, like many here, love to be outdoors. My grandparents lived on a farm in Iowa that I spent my childhood visiting. As a result, I love being in the country, I am drawn to barns, and I love escaping from the city to explore. I went to school in Boulder so I also enjoy being in the mountains, in the wilderness. I find the most amazing sense of peace there. Ok so everyone says they like to travel but, well, I like to travel. I have been fortunate to see much of the world. I feel like I am only warming up though, the list is long.
