About me:
I'm a creative type by profession and lifestyle looking for someone along the same lines. I come from a family of artists so I really don't have a choice, but it's been very rewarding in my adult life. It can be a bit of a roller coaster at times and I just want someone I can share that experience with along the same lines. It's no wonder I envy the couples in bands like Sonic Youth, Yo La Tengo and Low. I also am a very busy person because I have a lot of loves creatively, but I'm all about work hard, party hard. I'm somewhere between the East and West coasts and hemispheres, which are quite the polarities. For this I gravitate toward people who are multifaceted, open minded people who know what it's like not to fit in comfortably with their immediate surroundings. I think it makes for a rich interaction when you can be alone together with someone at the end of the day, someone who also takes comfort in completely detaching from the world outside at times. I am quite the prankster. Conversation is fun for me and I love to joke around as much as chatting up historical, political and cultural issues. I've learned more interesting facts from conversations at bars and social events than from school.
