About me:
I'm a really positive, upbeat person and like to go out and have fun. That being said, I'm just as happy hanging out at home with a good movie or a book. I'm really into sports; in fact going to a football or basketball game is just as good as going out to a fancy dinner, sometimes even better! *disclaimer- I know the above is pretty typical sounding, but I swear it's true. My friends and family make me who I am. I do have a good deal of family in the area. I am very close to them and enjoy being around them more now that I live out here. My friends would say I can be pretty goofy and easy going, but I do have a serious side when needed. I have a pretty dry/sarcastic sense of humor and it really takes a lot to get on my nerves. I'm a pretty laid-back person. In my spare time I like to do anything outside, ride horses, read, go to movies, and hang out with my friends. I love quiet nights in just as much as going downtown. I am usually up for whatever! I worked in Marketing/PR. Decided I was ready for a change and randomly found out that I really do love teaching. I plan to get my teaching certificate starting August 09. I like casual places where you can watch a game (I love football and basketball) or hanging out at a coffee house with a good book. This isn't to say I don't like going downtown-I do :) My favorite vacation spot ever has to be Italy. I love music, reading, running in the rain, weekends in the high country, coffee shops, farmers markets, spending time with my friends, sushi, my family, traveling, Grey's Anatomy, hiking, exploring the area.
