About me:

I am a fun loving adventurous sort of person. I am a phenominal cook. I am and artist at heart...I am always looking at things with the eye to paoint, draw or photograph them. I have been told I am a selfless person but I'm not really sure what that means. I am always willing to give of myself where it will help someone else-I love the warmth that it inspires my own life. I love my family and friends deeply and tenaciously. I am a sensationalist...I love the rain on my face, the warmth of the sun, the taste of really good chocolate, coffee or ice cream and the way they feel on my tongue; I love the soft caress and touch of strong hands, snuggling in front the fire, good food, good wine...I love to cook (I'm a trained chef-believe it or not!) and I read incessently, I like to play board games, not great with video games; I don't watch TV but I love all kinds of movies. I want to see as much of the earth as possible before God says "Time's up!". I should have been born Greek or Italian because I love both cultures and would "go native" if you gave me the chance. I grew-up running and riding horses through the mountains of Colorado and now enjoy long, long runs, bike rides or walks on the beach. I am a soccer cach and a softball palyer. Jesus and my kids are the center of the universe as I currently know it. I believe in taking the road less traveled by and in the idea that a strong oak grows best in the light of encouragement and love. I love to be spoiled rotten once in a while but in general I am easy to please. I am honest and direct and thrive in an environment where I am appreciated and where I am allowed to spoil and appreciate. I sometimes have difficulty "leaning on others and asking for help" because I have been much too trusting in the past. But this is an area that I am willing to work on with the right person. Communication, friendship, trust and respect are invalueable to me. I am the type that if we are friends, we ae friends for life.
