I am involved with meditation and love the benifits of it .One of the best experiences of my life was in America when I experienced time with the native americian indians and felt and experienced the connectness and spirituality of this incredible race of people,this opened a wealth of learnings in different areas ,awesome. I love to travel and would do more if I had someone to see the world with ,as it is not the same on your own.Have lots of place I want to visit I am passionate about health and wellness and the environment and work with people to create healthy homes ,bodies & eco systems.I love what I do as it makes a difference one person at a time .
