Hello, my name is Helen Dawes - I am a tiny but intelligent blonde with a compassionate nature and outgoing personality is seeking that elusive man to share life with. Am a fab date! I am the first to admit that I can be paradoxical - I have an introverted side of me that contrasts deeply with the bubbly, happy and outgoing side. I am sensitive and can be vulnerable in that I often trust people too deeply and leave myself wide open to being used because of my generous nature. That does not mean I am foolish, I always have looked upon life as half full and that includes how I view people, often failing to believe that they can be capable of wanting to hurt others. My work with young people has taught me that despite life throwing the odds against you, everyone has a fighter inside of them and I love to help people who want to help themselves. I have a very fast wit and love to banter and tease in the nicest way. Laughter is definitely the best medicine for all ailments and I do love to laugh, especially live comedy. My passion for music is huge and I love all sorts of different genres, rock to classical and one of my favourite things to do is go to a live music gig or festival. I have enormous energy and zest for life and am a very passionate person and will fight hard for what I believe in, especially if it involves cruelty to the vulnerable in society or animals. I love to social network and this is how I keep in touch with a lot of my friends from around the world, thank heaven for the internet! There really are some gorgeous single guys out there -which is very reassuring. Am loving how optimistic American guys are - please do come visit England! I have not upgraded yet as I am very new but you can always find me in other places - I am guessing most guys on here are super intelligent, so will leave the detective work to you. ; ) I live in a beautiful little seaside town called Bexhill which is on the south east coast of England in Sussex. If any of you know England, you will most likely have heard of Brighton, a city I love as it is full of life. I am a small town girl but was born in the city of Cardiff in Wales, so there is a big part of me that loves city life too. My main passion is my photography and I love to take my camera and absorb my surroundings through a lens. I have a beautiful little West Highland Terrier who I love and animals are very important to me, but I am not a 'mad-cat' lady! Not an animal rights activist or anything, but still very passionate about animals. Life is short, take chances and be brave with life, live each day as passionately and happily as you can. It is with this in mind that I truly hope to find my soul mate.
