About me
About me:
1. Hobbies: Upgrading my technical skills for graphic and web design. I'm currently taking online classes for a web design certificate from a school in NYC. I call this a hobby because it's on going. Software for this field is always changing and in order to remain successful and grow, I have to keep up with it. 2. Goals: I believe a man with no goals is a dead man walking. Fairly dramatic analogy but true! Goals can change. I'm always looking a new opportunities to better myself. Currently, I'm studying entrepreneurship at Texas A&M in addition to web design certification. Then I can began making my dreams come true. I wish I had someone of significance to share it with. 3. I would consider myself unique because of my childhood. I was born in Boston, MA but moved when I was 2 years old to Southern Florida. My mother was a military brat so I suppose she was just use to moving and never thought of it as a big deal. She would move around so much I felt like a military brat until the day she remarried a Navy man. Then we really did start moving around, a lot. We moved to Northern California for around 4 years. We moved 2 weeks before the last historic earthquake there. That's where we lived and I always thought that I had a reason to live even as a child because we would have been on the bridge that collapsed. My step-father retired from the Navy and we moved to Pennsylvania for a year but my mother hated the cold. We went back to Florida and then my mother became ill. I was too young to understand why we took a road trip across the country but now I understand. My mother wanted to see everything! So we drove from FL up to NY then across the Northern States into Cali. We saw so many beautiful National Parks and did a lot of camping! I'm all camped out so unless it's on a beach I really don't go. We went back to FL driving through the Southern States. And then for some reason not too long after we got back they decided to divorce. My mom wanted to be near her father so we up and moved to Georgia. I've been there ever since throughout high school once I moved back to FL with my aunt but that was short lived. I took care of my mother for 7 years until she died when I was 24. I just did a lot of traveling after that. My real father lives in Ft. Worth, TX so I decided to find a place to settle down my hyper travel mode near him. I have lived in Dallas, TX for a year and half. My company hired me from Georgia so I have always been independent from my family. I've been a graphic designer since I was 19 years old. I had aspirations since I was in middle school to be a creative person with my career. 4. Music: I love all kinds of music so it would be easier to say what I do not like. I just cannot get into country music and heavy/death metal stuff. I do NOT like Star Trek or video games as a side note. I do however, love dance music. I've been into dance classes off and on for years growing up. I dance to modern/jazz and hip hop which is fun to go out to clubs and dance. I have a lot of friends in the music performing as DJs so I am around it regularly. The first date should be the best one. Men rarely do much to plan the first date, but my response to this question is simple. I'd like to be with a leader type of man. If you read my detailed section about me you'd have to imagine how much of a man I need to step up and be better than me. That's what I find attractive is intelligence and style.
