hi - names-denise, known as the 911 flagrunner. since the 911 attacks, ive been running with a huge flag-(on my 7th one), i run approx. 3.5 miles, 5 days per week. my miles have totalled 6,800.00 so far - am surprised i still have some knees left - lol. once a year, i put together a 911 5k run/walk to benefit the az. army national guard and in memory of all the 911 victims. i am a simple person with a zest for life! love chocolate and big salad - oh, with ranch dressing or honey mustard - gigls.. am an avid runner and hard racquetball player - love the sport! my inspiration is rocky balboa - yo adriane - my daughters name- go figure..
