About me:

I would consider myself as an independent, strong-willed person who has great career goals and ambitions in life; but yet will not let them get in the way of me having an enjoyable time while I can. At first glance, I may seem like the typical guy, however looks can be deceiving. I have a personality unto my own - following no stereotypes and not easily packaged into a group, per se. I am just me - down to earth, hard working and caring at the same time. I value family time and adore my mother as she is the one that really raised me. To me, she is a symbol of strength and her drive to persevere is a quality that I have gotten from her. So what sets me apart from every other guy? That's something that people have to figure out for themselves. To some, it's my outlook on life. To others, it's my leadership skills and my willingness to take control of a situation and get things done. But to those who really know me, I would like to think that my attitude, my love of life, overall sense of well-being and drive for success, even in the most dire of situations, has made me a better person than what I may seem to be. OK so next subject. I'm a hard worker, but what else????? Yes, I work hard and I study hard, but that doesn't make me a total nerd, does it? I'd hope not. And even if so........to hell with it, I might just have to find a girl who can keep up with me in a debate then. What I'm getting to is this. Yes I may be a bit of a brainy guy, (I love watching the science channel, the History channel, National Geographic, Discovery, Jeopardy and of course, Cash Cab) but that doesn't make me any less of a guy who watches baseball. Plain and simple, not all nerdy guys are dweebs. I love fine dining and wine (pinot grigio). Sushi is a favorite of mine. But I'm always open to try new foods. As far as books, I'm a nerd, let me read some Noam Chomsky or philosophize with Nietzsche and it will give me ammunition to battle with.
