About me:

I am a fun, outgoing, successful and optimistic person who is very happy with life but believe an important part is missing...a special someone to share it with. I am very fortunate in that I have good health, a great career, a home I love and a family I love even more. I want (NOT to be confused with need) to meet a special lady to spend fun times who is open to the possibility of a long-term relationship. I want someone to care about...and to care about me. I work hard but also like to play hard. I am adventerous and open-minded and love to be outdoors doing almost anything...whether it be golf, biking, skiing, running, swimming, scuba, or just sitting on the beach and watching the waves roll in. I believe in staying active year round and frequently take 50-100 mile rides in the warm weather and recently completed my second half marathon in two hours. I spend quite a bit of time at the Delaware beaches between May and November but also love the beaches of Florida and the Caribbean. I also enjoy indoor activities including romantic dinners, movies, museums, a play or show. I also believe in giving back to the community and until recently was a 14 year volunteer with the Big Brothers / Big Sisters organization. I do not have any children...though I would be very open to dating someone who does and enjoy having them around. I am most interested in meeting a woman who is both outgoing and confident.Favorite things: Family, friends, sleeping in late on a rainy weekend, vacations!, a good DVD and a special woman to watch it with, fires in the winter, hanging out on a deck under the stars in the summer.
