About me:

I am a very fortunate person and that I have had an amazing life with many ups and downs, but through it all I have seen firsthand that life is too short to worry the small stuff.I'm fun, energetic, outgoing and laid back. I take time to keep myself mentally and physically fit. I'm most at peace on or by the water. Currently, I'm between homes I have an Apt in Alexandria, miss Belmont Bay, the water, and the Awesome Sunrises.My work/life requires me to travel a lot, sometimes abroad,, but regularly to Virginia Beach (2-3 day every week) and Raleigh every other weekend to see my kids..I have ADD, yep, I'm out of the closet on that one. For that reason and others keep myself extremely busy, currently running 4-6 different companies at the same time. I am very involved with politics (I'm a Presidential Appointee) specifically Veterans issues.I bet I'm not the only one who thinks this dating stuff is not easy. We have been brought up to be so guarded and to wear so many different masks and to hide the way we truly feel. I can't and won't do that, I am at a point in my life where I am who I am, a work in progress or continual development, with no need to lie, deceive or hide the way I truly feel, I like to say what's on my mind, tell it like it is, and be upfront, and live in a DRAMA free environment.
