About me:
I am neurotic. I like to preoccupy myself with non-sequiturs. I parse things when I walk. I like books and like it when others like books. Proust makes my heart quake, as does Plato and Alcibiades (Plutarch's version). I like it when other people like things that are slightly off and/or productive. I love Woody Allen. I just finished my doctorate and am new to Chicago. I'm an academic now. I like tweed. That's all I have to say right now.
