I prefer to travel off the beaten path, to get to know a place and its people more intimately. I might look up an artisanal cheese maker instead of hanging out at the Eiffel tower. On the list: Vancouver, Sweden, France, Japan. I enjoy Rowing and preparing for races, the beach, swimming, Thai massage, a perfect avocado, bookstores, the list goes on.
