3. Who can use this website

You may use this website only if all of the following are true:

We do not run criminal background checks. We do not verify identity documents. We do not confirm that a member is who they claim to be.

We are a place where people meet. We are not a vetting service.

You decide who to talk to and who to meet. Use ordinary caution: meet in public places the first few times, tell a friend where you are going, do not send money to anyone you have met here.

6. Community rules

These rules apply to everything you post, send or do here — profile, photos, messages, groups, comments.

Do not:

• post anything involving anyone under 18, in any form;
• post sexual content of any kind involving a person who has not agreed to it;
• ask for or offer paid sexual services;
• post anything connected to human trafficking, coercion or exploitation;
• threaten, harass, stalk or bully anyone;
• post hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or nationality;
• pretend to be another person, or use someone else's photos;
• ask other members for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or bank details;
• advertise, spam, recruit or promote other services;
• post other people's private information;
• upload viruses, or try to break, scrape or overload the website;
• use bots or automated tools to collect member data;
• post anything that breaks the law where you live.

7. What happens if you break the rules

We may remove content, limit what your account can do, suspend it, or close it. For serious matters we act without warning.

If you think we got it wrong, write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and explain. We will look again and reply within [APPEAL_DAYS] days.

Where the law requires it, we report certain material to the authorities. Content involving minors is always reported.

8. What you post

Everything you post stays yours. You are responsible for it.

By posting, you give us permission to store it, display it to other members, and adapt it technically so the website works — resizing photos, generating previews. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies in our backups, which disappear on their normal schedule.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

We do not check every message and every photo before it appears. We do not endorse what members say.

If something breaks the rules, report it and we will look at it.

10. Paid features

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period.

If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the subscription is managed there, and their rules apply on top of ours.

Virtual items — credits, coins, gifts — are a limited right to use a feature, not property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and disappear when your account closes.

11. Refunds

Purchases made through an app store are refunded by that app store, under its rules, not ours.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom: you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase made online. Digital services are an exception once you have started using them. By buying and immediately using a paid feature, you agree that we start straight away and you accept that the 14-day right ends at that point.

12. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time: Settings → Delete account → Delete profile permanently.

When you close it, your profile, photos, messages and personal details are deleted straight away, as described in our Privacy Policy: /content/view/privacy-and-security.

Closing your account does not refund anything already paid, unless the refund rule above says otherwise.

13. Links to other websites

Our website links to places we do not control. We are not responsible for what they contain or do.

14. Our website belongs to us

The design, the software, the logo and the name are ours or licensed to us. Do not copy them, and do not copy the website's software or database.

15. No guarantees

We provide the website as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that you will meet anyone.

We do not promise that other members are honest, safe or single.

16. Limits on what we owe you

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between members, on this website or in person. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses.

If we are found liable anyway, what we owe you is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP].

Some countries do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law permits.

17. If you cause us a loss

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you posted or did here, you cover our reasonable costs.
