How to Report a Member
On the site
Open the member's profile and choose Report. Tell us briefly what happened.
You can also block the member, so they can no longer contact you.
By email
Write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] — for example, if something happened when you met in person, or if you can no longer see the member's profile. Include:
- what happened;
- the member's name, age and profile details as you saw them — screenshots help most;
- anything else that helps us find them.
What to report
Requests for money, members who seem under 18, harassment or threats, fake profiles, spam, and anything that breaks our community rules: /content/view/legal-terms#community-rules
If you believe someone is under 18, report them straight away.
What happens next
We look at every report. The member is not told who reported them. We may remove content, limit, suspend or close the account. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number first.
